At 5,895m, Mt. Kilimanjaro is one of the largest volcanoes ever to break through the Earth's crust. Your challenge is to reach its summit.
This trek is exclusive to CLIC Sargent supporters and starts in the rainforests of Lemosho Glades, heading upwards as you acclimatise on Shira Plateau. From here you will catch a glimpse of your goal Kibo, Kilimanjaro's main ice-capped peak. You continue via the beautiful Southern Flank, Barranco Wall and Barafu Route.
This is something you will remember for the rest of your life. By taking part, not only will you be achieveing an immense personal and emotional goal, but you'll be helping to make a real difference to the lives of the 10 children and young people, diagnosed with cancer every 24 hours in the UK.
What are you waiting for? Go for it!
